The Farm
We are a first generation family farm that has invested everything we have to live our dream of operating a farm and producing nutritious food. All of the food at Truest Farms is produced with regenerative practices in mind with an emphasis on utilizing animals’ natural behaviors to rebuild our soils and reduce carbon in the atmosphere.
The Project Funded
The grant supported expanded access to additional pastures with the addition of an irrigation project.
The Project Impact
Last year we ran over 1,200 feet of water line to reach five acres of pasture. With our herds and flocks more than doubling, the grant helped expand our irrigation into seven more acres, getting running water to the pasture our growing animals need.
