2023 Summer Events For Farmers

For Farmers boasts a community of supporters and advocates -- farmers and non-farmers -- from across all 50 states. With over 170 Champions and hundreds of other key community members, For Farmers has succeeded in reaching farmers through heartfelt nominations, by sharing their stories, and by awarding 26 grants in 18 states so far.

This summer, in an effort to build the movement, spread the message of its mission, and to provide funds for more farmer grants, For Farmers and its supporters are hosting spirited events and dinners in country inns, at folk festivals, in private homes, in parks on picnic blankets, on tables in gardens, at breweries and in restaurants!

All of the funds raised at these summer events will go to support grants for farmers. The next round of grant nominations and applications opens on October 12, National Farmer's Day and concludes with awards granted right before Thanksgiving.

Next Event: Saturday, August 26

Manor Camerata will be playing Debussy String Quartet and Florence Price String Quartet No. 1.

If we need a rain date, it will be noon on Sunday, but working out a rain plan alternative for Saturday night as well.
