The Farm
Grange Return is a diversified family farm raising pasture-based livestock and producing nutrient-dense food for our local community. We focus on regenerative practices, direct-to-consumer sales, and strengthening regional food systems by keeping food grown here available to the people who live here.
The Project Funded
This grant supports the purchase of a second chicken tractor to improve efficiency on hilly terrain, enhance animal welfare and predator protection, and double our pasture-raised meat bird production to better serve our local community.
Project Impact
We sold every meat bird we raised last year and still had people asking for more. This grant helps us raise more food for neighbors who want to buy directly from a farm they trust, visit in person, and follow along with the work and story behind their food.
