The Farm
Red Scout Farm is a certified organic, no-till farm growing vegetables and small fruits for our mountain community. We work to nurture the soil, our most important resource.
The Project Funded
The $500 grant will help us rebuild our greenhouse, which was destroyed during Hurricane Helene.
The Project Impact
Our greenhouse is crucial for starting all of our vegetable plants for the year. These vegetable starts will be planted into our field to grow nutritious food to nourish our community.
