The Farm
We are a 1st generation regenerative family farm nestled on 50 acres in the mountains of Idaho. We sell raw goats' milk dairy products, Icelandic lamb, flowers, garlic, and natural body products. This next year we will be selling on farm, at a farmers' market, at a local shop, and online.
The Project Funded
This year our raw goats milk ice cream was a huge hit. The grant that we received will help us upgrade our small home ice cream maker into a commercial machine. This will make a better product, last us for more than one year, and save us time and frustration.
The Project Impact
Our raw goat's milk ice cream was the runaway hit of the year, hundreds of batches made two quarts at a time in a home machine that finally gave out. The grant is upgrading us to a commercial ice cream maker, built for the demand our customers created.
