The Farm
Jupiter Creamery is a woman-owned, woman-operated grass-fed cow micro-dairy unique to Jupiter, Florida, producing high-quality raw cow milk in a challenging subtropical climate. The farm also raises non-GMO–fed pastured poultry and pork, preserving regenerative farming in an increasingly urban area where convenience replaces local agriculture.
The Project Funded
Installing reliable solar-charged battery systems and larger water infrastructure for poultry and pork will reduce labor-intensive midday checks. These upgrades eliminate frequent battery swaps and manual water refills, significantly lowering personnel hours while improving consistency of care, animal welfare, and overall farm efficiency.
Project Impact
These improvements will strengthen farm viability by reducing labor strain and improving animal care, allowing the farmer to focus on food quality and education. For the community, it preserves access to locally produced, regenerative food in an increasingly urban area while modeling resilient, sustainable farming practices.
