The Farm
Small family farm in Upstate New York specializing in fruit(apples and strawberries) and specialty grown cut flowers. We are a farm that relies almost only on farmer’s market. We do our best to mesh old school and new school farming techniques.
The Project Funded
With our grant award we will be funding 2 large deer fence gates to the main entrance of our farm property.
The Project Impact
We spent two years hand-hammering every staple of a deer fence around our entire property. The only thing missing was a real gate; ours was old bird netting. The grant funded two large deer fence gates for the main entrance, finishing what took us two years to build.
