The Farm
Deep Roots Farm NY is a Certified Organic Vegetable Farm located in Copake NY, Serving family and restaurants throughout Westchester New York City and surrounding local areas in upstate NY. We are deeply passionate about providing healthy, fresh foods to our customers. We believe that quality seeds and starting compost mixed with clean, transparent practices and the efforts of honest labor will result in the best quality foods for your family.
The Project Funded
The grant supported an upgrade to the farm's pack shed for easier processing of organic vegetables and fruit.
The Project Impact
The grant supported an upgrade to our pack shed, making processing our organic vegetables and fruit easier for our small crew. Streamlining the wash and pack saves labor on every harvest day and keeps more of our time in the field where it belongs.
