The Farm
Chateaux Cocoa is a woman-led urban farm growing food, flowers, and honey while offering hands-on education in gardening, beekeeping, and wellness. Rooted in community care, we use organic practices to nourish people, pollinators, and the land.
The Project Funded
Funding will support the purchase of a seeder and paperpot transplanter to streamline planting, reduce labor demands, and improve crop uniformity. These tools will increase productivity and strengthen the farm’s ability to meet community demand.
Project Impact
Access to new planting equipment allows volunteers to learn modern small-scale farming tools while supporting healthier crops and steady food production. The grant expands skill-building opportunities alongside community food access.
