The Farm
Nestled in the hills of western Maryland, Black Rock Farm is home to Highland cattle, hay and seasonal pumpkins! Visit their herd by appointment for a private experience or attend a monthly group event! The farm is led by first generation farmers, Jacob & Victoria.
The Project Funded
Marketing for the farm's agritourism events, including photo opportunity boards and a video camera for digital content creation.
The Project Impact
We are SO grateful for the impact of this grant! This relieves some financial pressure of trying to "do it all" on our farm, and it really makes all the difference as we continue to simply try to reach people from the middle of nowhere!
