The Farm

The Project Funded
Fencing material to expand our hog pasture, enabling us to grow forage feeds for our hog herd and rotate them more often and more effectively.
The Project Impact
We had an acre cleared, seed purchased, and a plan for high-value forage when a tax increase and emergency well work stalled it. The grant bought the fencing to expand our hog pasture, letting us rotate the herd more effectively onto ground we prepared ourselves.
